Very professional…
"We thought we had a roof leak. A friend referred us to Ben, so we reached out to him. He came over right away and determined it wasn't a roof leak after all, but rather a plumbing leak. He was very professional. Highly recommend Cranor Roofing."

"I thought I had a roof leak. Ben was the fourth roofer I called. He came over right away and determined it was not the roof. He was not even going to charge us. Very professional. I hope I do not have a roof leak, but if I do I will call Ben."

Flexible…
"Ben came out in a time of great need. He was willing to take the time to explain the situation. Didn't try to oversell me anything. Had pictures and video of everything that was going on and was flexible in his multiple visits at a time when I'm SURE he was needed all over. And had much bigger jobs to tend to, I bet. We will be calling him soon for additional improvements on our metal roofs."
