Ben was recommended by the tile manufacturer, and we were super thankful for that. Ben helped us in deciding what tile to get and explained the process and the potential issues and helped us order the tile. He did multiple estimates as the situation changed, including attic improvements to support the roof. The delivery date for the tile was uncertain and Ben worked with the schedule as it evolved. Ben's team did a very thorough and careful job on installation; I think he's the only contractor I've ever seen read the installation instructions from the manufacturer. Two minor issues were fixed immediately, which is remarkable given the complexity of the install."
